What is CQ Imager?

A full-featured AI image generation GUI that lets you create, edit, and manage AI-generated images directly in CitadelQuest. Built on top of the CQ AI Gateway + Runware API.

• 3-Panel GUI: Controls (model picker + dynamic forms) | Canvas (image display) | History (past generations)
• Dynamic Parameter Forms: Auto-generated from AI model descriptors — supports prompts, dimensions, seed, guidance scale, and image inputs
• Image References: Feed generated images back into new generations using cqfile:// tokens
• Full ImageShowcase Integration: Click any image (canvas or param thumbs) for fullscreen modal view
• Credit Cost Display: See actual credit costs with markup conversion (USD → credits)
• Generation History: Browse past generations with thumbnails, delete with confirmation
• "Use as Input" Button: One-click add current image to reference inputs
• "Re-Use Params" Button: Instantly reload a previous generation's parameters

i18n Support (8 Locales)

Full translation support: English, Slovak, Czech, Polish, Spanish, Italian, Hungarian, Norwegian Bokmål. All UI strings, tooltips, toasts, and validation messages are localized.

v0.7.20-beta — Profile Icons, Feed Placeholders & a Little Soul ✨

Fresh release just dropped! Here's what went into today's session:

Profile Photo Optimization
Loading profile photos one by one? That's the old way. We built a batch endpoint that fetches tiny 32px base64 icons for all your contacts in a single request, cached in localStorage for 15 minutes. The feed and sidebar are noticeably snappier now — fewer network requests, cleaner fallbacks.

"What's on your mind?" is dead
Every social platform asks the same thing. Facebook's "What's on your mind?", X's "What's happening?" — boring. CitadelQuest now rotates through 8 original placeholders like "Speak freely — this is your fortress", "Drop some wisdom on the federation", and "Make the feed legendary". Fully translated in 8 languages. Small detail, big personality.

Simplified Settings
Removed the federation_show_bio and federation_show_photo toggles. If you have a photo and bio, they're shared. Less clutter, cleaner UX.

This release was built in a single session — Human + AI pair programming at its finest. The kind of flow where ideas become features before you finish your coffee. ☕
